The Spring Benefit Concert is Highbridge Voices’ largest event of the year and raises essential funds for our music- and academics-based programs and facilities. This year Highbridge Voices honored board member, Kenneth P. Browne.

We were thrilled that Grammy award-winning bass-baritone Ryan Speedo Green joined us as our special guest emcee. Ryan is a globally acclaimed opera singer and an artist of international demand at the world’s leading opera houses. His performances at the Metropolitan Opera and beyond are spectacular.

Thank you for joining us on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, for an evening that brought parents, alumni, staff, and supporters together to celebrate Highbridge Voices’ 25th Anniversary. The 2023 Benefit Concert is a special occasion made even more meaningful for the cause it supports, the after-school operational cost, and the facilities enhancements needed to increase the number of participants we serve.

Highbridge Voices is an after-school music and academic program serving students in the Highbridge neighborhood of the South Bronx. Through vocal performance and academic support, Highbridge Voices bridges the gap others fall short, by teaching the students they are capable of excellence and empowering them to develop the skills necessary for success in life. Over the last 25 years, our students have achieved academic success, and we know that Highbridge Voices has played a key role in that by providing academic support, cultivating a sense of belonging, and using music to inspire students to believe in themselves and their potential.

Your 100% tax-deductible donation supports Highbridge Voices’ music and academics-based youth development programs and allows us to continue to provide the gifts of music, creativity, education, and community.
